Hope Blooms is a budding nonprofit that repurposes donated flowers into beautiful bedside bouquets and delivers them to individuals facing isolation, loneliness or hardship. The organization’s mission is to nurture emotional well-being through simple, heartfelt gestures that remind people they matter. Founded in 2016, Hope Blooms serves seniors in hospice, nursing homes, long-term care and memory care settings, and partners with nearly 100 organizations, including shelters, food pantries, recovery centers and other community-based programs year-round.
